Therapeutic Massage Therapy
This therapeutic massage treatment involves extensive muscle manipulation and deep focus work, catering to your body’s specific needs. Wether you’re seeking treatment for a chronic or acute injury, repetitive strain, headaches or muscle pain, our therapists will work toward helping you reach your unique treatment goals.
Prenatal Massage Therapy
This specialized massage aids in the relief of lower back and joint pain while reducing swelling and alleviating discomfort throughout pregnancy. A pillow specifically designed to allow for front facing treatment can be utilized when required.
Premier Massage Therapy
A luxurious relaxation and therapeutic massage, this treatment is performed by our registered massage therapists and combines massage and stretching techniques, an aromatherapy scent of your choice, warm steamed towels, and our invigorating Medistick. You'll also receive a sachet of muscle soothing thermal bath salts to extend your relaxation experience.
Aromatherapy Massage Therapy
Adding a specific combination of pure essential oils to your therapeutic massage therapy treatment can help enhance your overall psychological and physical well-being. Ask your therapist to select a unique essential oil blend to heighten your massage experience.
Massage Therapy with Indie Head Massage
Indie Head Massage is a form of relaxation massage, focused on the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back, and upper arms. Among its many benefits, it can be an effective treatment of insomnia, migraines and symptoms of anxiety and depression, while also being an excellent way to boost energy levels and encourage overall well-being. A calming blend of warm aromatic essential oils are slowly poured over the scalp and massaged in using light but vigorous massage techniques to leave you feeling relaxed, restored and uplifted.
The Indie Head Massage can be a stand alone treatment or added onto your regular therapeutic massage (please note that 15 minutes will be added to the regular treatment time).
Please note that at this time, in keeping with health directives masks must be kept on during your treatment, therefore some techniques that are normally applied directly to the face will be modified.
